There seems to be a virtual currency scam from China which is causing quite a bit of stir among iOS developers. Quite serious if you ask me.
Basically, sellers go onto the eBay of China, or Taobao, to sell virtual currency at half-price or more. They create an Apple iTunes account attached to a fraudulent credit card number and then give the buyer the log-in and a tutorial on how to recharge their game with currency. Developers will see a discrepancy between their daily revenues with actual payments from Apple at the end of the month, once all of the fraudulent payments are skimmed out of their revenues.

Our third major release game is now out on the App Store!
Magic Jewels
Magic Jewels: Flood the Gems is a puzzle game that’s not only fun, but can be really addictive as well. The objective of the game is to flood the entire board with gems of a single colour.
Starting from the upper left corner of the board, you can change the color of that gem by tapping on a new color. Any adjacent gems that shares a similar colour with your new one will fall under your control, and from there you can spread your control to eventually take over the board.
Be warned though, you only have a limited number of moves so choose them wisely!
Bonus Stage
Make sure to check out the Bonus stage!
It contains a different look of the game that was added in during the last stages of the game development but we and our testers have actually found the bonus stage to be one of the greatest highlights of the game!
